Shilpa Shetty’s Summer Skincare Secrets:
1. Cleansing – Shilpa always prefers to use a lightweight face wash like a water-based cleanser or micellar water to remove sweat, oil, and any residual traces of sleep products. And always use it twice a day, 1st time cleaning in the morning and 2nd time cleaning at night before sleep. She always gives tips to use cleaner and homemade face wash made with Besan rice and aloe vera.
Shilpa Shetty as a rule does not use soap. It’s most useful for clean skin without any side effects. She most of the time shared tips and hacks with homemade remedies. She never sleeps in her makeup, she cleanses her face at night with a homemade blend of Johnson’s baby oil, olive oil, and Bio-oil which she massages into her face and wipes off with cotton wool and a soft cotton towel.
2. Hydrating – Hydrating is the most important thing for everyone. After cleansing the 2nd must step is to hydrate your skin with moisturizer. Apply a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer after cleansing. And get absorbed in your skin. Always use ingredients like hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, or green tea for added hydration. Be it winter or summer, we should always use moisturizer. Don’t forget to use it in any way.
3. Serum – After using moisturizer, we need to use face serum. Because it can make your skin healthier. If you are a beginner you must use 1st vitamin C serum. Vitamin C is known to reduce hyperpigmentation by reducing the effects of the tyrosine enzyme. Vitamin C also functions as a brightening agent, it has properties that reduce dark spots without changing your skin color.
4. Sunscreen – Shilpa Shetty always uses sunscreen before makeup and before going outside. And always prefers with our fans that use sunscreen. Sunscreen is important because it can help protect our skin from sunburn, skin cancer, D-tanning, and premature aging. Sunscreen blocks ultraviolet radiation from being absorbed by the skin. Diet – Shilpa mostly likes non-vegetarian food. After yoga and exercise, Shilpa likes to take protein shakes. She controls her diet six days a week and goes out to eat at a restaurant one day. She does not take snacks while eating, because she believes that this increases her calorie intake. Shilpa Shetty takes 1800 calories of energy every day. His day starts with Amla and Aloe Vera juice. Along with this, she does not forget to take carbohydrates with a low glycemic index. She uses olive oil in cooking.
Shilpa’s diet plan can be understood like this: Breakfast –
1 bowl of porridge and a cup of tea.
Post-workout: Protein shake, 2 dates, 8 raisins
Lunch: A roti with ghee (made from five different types of grain flour), chicken, lentils, and vegetables cooked in refined oil.
Afternoon: A cup of green tea

Yoga – To maintain herself, Shilpa does all kinds of exercises. Which includes everything from cardio workouts to strength training and yoga. She works out only five days a week. Of these, two days are reserved for yoga, two days for strength training, and one day for cardio. He has divided strength training into two parts. One upper body workout and the other lower body workout. To shape muscles during strength training, she prefers to lift heavy weights rather than light ones.
